mac through pc connect to internet

Ok here is what i would ultimately like to do. I have a Pc (windows xp home) and a g3 ibook (os X 10.4.11). The pc connects to a cellular ready wireless router ( a router that connects to the internet through a mobile broadband card) and i would like to get internet on my mac by connecting directly to the pc. Is this at all possible? I have a network cable directly connected to the mac from the pc and the pc sees the macs ip address in "cmd" by "ipconfig". What do i have to do to get internet through the pc?

I believe that if you set up your incoming connection on your windows XP machine using this guide, the mac should see the connection.
