Mac to PC file tranfers - 2 files back to 1

Right, I work on files on my MAC then stick them on a flash drive. Then I want to put them onto a PC, the dumbsh*t PC sees two files. I assume it's something to do with FAT and MAC BINARY. Happens with Word Docs, Images, HTML etc., total pain ... but work won't buy MACs they'd rather pay me to re-do everything.

On the Windows machine you see 2 files with the same name, but one starts with an underline, right?

Ignore the one that is greyed out and has the underline in front. It means nothing to the Windows machine and you do not need it, or need to merge it with the other.

Problem solved.
