Mac to PC (I know, crazy right?)

My macbook is over 3 years old so I decided to switch my iPhone syncing over to a Windows 7 Desktop I just built in the last few weeks. All the tutorials I find online explain switching an iPhone and it's music on itunes to a mac, but not the other way around. How would I go about this?
