Mac to Windows VPN

I'm trying to connect my Mac to a Windows network through VPN. I can connect because i can pick up Email from the server and the network at home recognizes I'm connected but I can't see any of the computers on the network. When i was connected at home I could see the server and all of the shared drives but through VPN i can't? Are there any settings I need to change to get this to work? I am using IPSecuritas for my connection.
