but only at 2400 dpi.
I've been fooling around with a project scanning stuff. Running a Mac2012 4Gb (16 to come...) SSD & i5.
a A3 Mustek S 2400 plus capable of TADA! 2400 DPI @ A3 size
At max resolution it cuts my scans halfway. :-(
ALL 2400 resolution scans gets cut. even those not that wide. but still A3 long.
Of course not at the same data length either...
Very frustrating!
Works at 300, works at 600, 1200 and fails at 2400...
Any thoughts anyone?

[doublepost=1551384101][/doublepost]nope, at 16GB RAM I just got the same result - only faster which is always nice. EXTREMLY faster.
but when asking it to go BlackWhite = 2400 dpi GREAT!!
it got to be a color size thing.

Hi, I have a beautiful scanner A3 MUSTEK A3F2400N and a cMP 5,1 running Monterey 12.6.1.

The ScanMust is the latest, downloaded on the official website here :

My problem is that this scanner is supposed to scan à 2400dpi max, and only 1200dpi max is proposed in the Scan settings:

Any help would be appreciated ! 🙏🏻

I don't know anything about Mustek or ScanMust but you're saying you have the latest driver and show yours is "Version 1.21.00". When I look at the download page the driver version says "v2.12".

Thank you for your remark, but ScanMust is not the driver. It's the program to acquire the images.
