Mac won't boot from W7 DVDs

Currently running a 2011 13" MBP.

I've a retail version of Win7 Ultimate & when going through the BCA steps it's unable to boot from the DVDs (either 64- or 32-bit) after partitioning and reboot.

The DVDs are fine as I've installed it onto a VMWare Fusion VM but I'd like to boot into it using Bootcamp. What gives? All I get is the Folder with the question mark...
