Mac won't eject cd?

Ok guys. I need help.
I was putting some new cds onto my itunes, and i put this one cd in, and 1) it didnt show up in itunes, or on my main screen and 2) it wont eject. I don't know what to do.

I know this works a lot. But what happens when the motor that ejects the CD fails? lol I've always wondered this
