I was logging interview notes the other day, and had set the keyboard command "CTRL+T" to insert the current time. Everything was working great. I saved all of my notes and emailed them off to my producers. When they opened the notes, all the timecode I had entered for hours automatically set to their computers current time all the way down in every field. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or what another workaround, or Macro might be? I was able to open all of them in Pages, and everything was fine, and I thankfully could export them as a PDF. The issue just lies within Word.

Here's after, when it reverts all the right timecode to the current time on the computer the notes are being opened on:
