So I just want to know how many people at a mac site actually have a .Mac account. I do, but I really only use it for the e-mail function... lol. I guess I back some stuff up every once in a while.

I use it for email and such, but I enjoy being able to use the photo gallery and share my pictures with people.

I use the email, backup (4.3gb of photos up there in the interwebs), Use the documents folder on my iDisk instead on my HDD, host my website, sync my bookmarks/contacts/etc.

So this reminds me of a fun story. Once I locked my keys in my car, but I happened to be right outside an apple store. Walked in can looked up my girlfriend in my .Mac contacts and called from a display iPhone.

You don't have that one memorized? ;)

I have one for simple web gallery some backups and back to my mac...it is not too bad if you hit the discount circuit - buy with Mac or the post-Thanksgiving day sales...

i do.

use it for the idisk. and syncing mainly. i'd give it up if i could find a different sync, but it seems to be the best out there.

oh and for some quick and easy web galleries too

Hm.. my .Mac account expired in January but I can still log in to iChat with it??

I'm terrible with numbers :( Every now and then she'll test me on it, and sometimes I get it right, sometimes I get it wrong. But that's what SIM cards and .Mac's for :p
