Mac2Sell price for my MacBook Pro

So I plugged in my Macbook pro into Mac2Sell...and it came back that its worth 1200....seriously?! I have the macbook in my signature...I did just upgrade to a 500 SSD...

Went back and plugged everything in, but went with just the regular hard drive and it came back 630

Can I really get 1200 for this? If so, I'll sell it and get my Air that I want...

Any advice?
 
Don't check just one source. As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), and Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
