iPod touch Macally iVoice iii Incompatible with 3.0

Hi!

I have the Touch 1G and since installing 3.0 my iVoice iii mic does not work anymore. Anyone else having this issue?

Is this a hopeless case because I have to hope Apple fixes this in 3.0.1 and takes pity on my "I don't want to get a new Touch but still want a mic" sorry ass? There really isn't anything Macally can do other than make a new 3.0 compatible mic, right?
