Macbook 12 inch dock question

Hi All,

I am interested in a small Macbook for taking on vacation, talking with clients, etc. I have the following requirement:

I need to be able to use power, ethernet and a USB-C and or Hdmi connector at the same time. The monitor connection must be 60 hz.

How would I accomplish this? All the docks I see only support 30hz..
