I bought a macbook a year ago (used) and it already had this problems but didn't bother me much, couldn't seem to find a solution, found this forum and I would like to request your help on figuring out what it could be, I already reseted ram/vram and smc and formating the pc.

The issue is the following:
The computer will display some bugs in fonts and in the desktop will show some white dots, when I connect a monitor it shows the white dots in the exact same place of the monitor, even after vram reset and the fixes mentioned above , often those white spots change places which is pretty weird, I will atatch photos to help understand what the problem might be.

I live in portugal and I believe theres not much help related to macs that I could get so Its important that the solution could be attempted by me , going to the apple store won't do it since there is none around.

Also when opening launchpad it displays some purple spots, that change place when I close and reopen it.

No problems mentioned in the apple hardware verification.

Thnks a lot for everyones help :)
If theres further questions please let me know
