MacBook 13" White Unibody Screen Bezel Bleeding Issues

Hello, I recently bought a MacBook for my Mom for the holidays from eBay. I have noticed a weird issue that I haven't found any solutions for. The bezel seems to bleed light. Attached is a pic below. Can anyone help? Thanks.

There's a "Transparent Menu Bar" preference. You can turn that effect on or off. Nothing wrong with the computer.

Its probably a replacement bezel made out of thinner plastic. My Macbook1,1 had the same issue until I replaced the bezel.

I believe that this a 3rd party bezel.
