Macbook 2,1 Intel Core 2 Duo 2.16GHz Best Hard Drive Upgrade?

I just recently bought 4gb 2x2gb ram from macsales to put into my black macbook 2.16ghz laptop. Now i would like to upgrade the hard drive to the best thing for under 150$. I currently have only 120gb or around there that it came with. Im looking at at least 500gb 7200rpm maybe? whatever i can get that will make it as fast as possible. Im currently running tiger. but i want to just start a fresh install and put Snow Leopard on it. Please any recommendations and links for the best thing for the price.

I just bought a used mid-2007 black 2.16 MB as well. Only 2gb ram in mine, but I elected to put in a 64gb Kingston SSD drive which was $100 at Costco a few weeks back before a $30 MIR. Runs real fast if you don't need tons of space on the laptop! If you want a larger standard hard drive, the other I have used is a Hitachi 7K500 500gb drive that I think goes for $60-$65.

I put a Seagate Momentus XT 500GB in my '06 MBP and it has worked like a charm so far.
