macbook 2,1 wont stream video

I started a new thread because I have tried all the popular solutions.

SMC reset
PMC reset
Delete and reinstall flash player
Secure Delete Cache
Install Chrome canary (biggest improvement)

You tube runs better but still hangs.
Solar Movie preloads but does not play long.

My hardware:
2.16 ghz processor
3gb ram

Software
OS X 10.6.8
Chrome 33.0.1704.0 canary
Flash plugin 11.9.900.152

What else can i do?
