Hi folks,

I had been eyeing the following on 'Special Deals' all of last week (last checked 5pm EST on 15 May):

Refurbished MacBook 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - Aluminum

13.3-inch 1200-by-800 pixel LED-backlit display
2GB memory
250GB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Built-in iSight camera
Illuminated keyboard

$1299

Seemed like a great deal for the high-end MacBook, but alas, it's gone as of this morning. The promo, however, is still on the left hand side of the 'Special Deals' page - but the product page lists it as OOS: http://store.apple.com/us/product/FB467?mco=MTg1MTg3NA

Think it might re-appear? What's the average time table on this kind of thing?

Thanks in advance! :D

I just bought this refurb 2 days ago. Whew! Must have just ordered in the nick of time!

Refurbs typically get released on Tuesday morning. I'm pretty sure they'll have this particular model in stock tomorrow AM.

Yeah, just keep checking back. While Tuesday is a big dump-in day, models go and come all week.

They'll have 'em eventually.

I waited about two weeks to order my white MB on the Canadian site at $899. I checked about once an hour for those two weeks and ended up ordering it in class on my Blackberry Bold :p
