i bought a Macbook 2007 and Paid 500 dollars it has 2 Ghz Intel Core Duo

2gb 667 Mhz DDR SDRAM loaded with Adobe suite Cs5 and Microsoft Office 2011 did i get riped off and should I install lion its running snow leapord now

sounds like a good deal. I just got mine from someone asking around the same price and i upgraded to Lion, works fine.

Trackpad Won't Work

Somewhat off topic, I have a very similar 13" Macbook I've been using for several years as more of a desktop than laptop (24" external monitor, usb keyboard, Mighty Mouse, 2 WD External Hard Drives). However, in the last few weeks I've noticed every time I try and use my computer as a laptop my track pad doesn't work. Then when I restart the computer only "right-click" works and no left click. I have to pull out my Mighty Mouse and restart my computer a third time just to get the "left-click" ability back at all.

Is my computer on its last leg, is there something I can do to make it a usable laptop once again or is it time I start researching a new one?
