SilentKnight say my MacBook 2008 Unibody has an old firmware (007D.B03.0904271443)

Is there a newer one?

Your aluminum MacBook is running High Sierra, which is 2 generations newer than Apple supports.
AFAIK, the 007D.B03 is apparently the latest for your Macbook5,1 - but reporting software, such as Silent Knight, reads your patched system incorrectly.
It's one of the "hazards" of running a patched system on an older Mac.
Reporting software will continue to report that anomaly, but there's likely nothing that you can do about that, until Apple provides an actual firmware update for your 2008 MacBook (And that won't happen now)

The read out is the same under El Capitan: Firmware not the newest, but i find out my EFI
(007D.B03.0904271443) is from 2009/04/27 and the version inside the MacBookEFIUpdate is from 2009/07/18 but also 007D.B03 now.

Same here with El Capitan. So I don't understand whether 007D.B03.0904271443 is the latest or not. For sure I have no system update notifications and my system seems up to date from apple's view. But SilentKnight says it's old.

That's the last available BootROM version for the 2008 MacBook. I wouldn't worry too much about what SilentKnight is reporting for a computer this old.
