Macbook - A1181 Problem

Hi All,

Trying to troubleshoot a white mid 2007 macbook 2.1 AKA A1181

Unit turns on, hear the chime, display flashes, power light goes on then off, and no display...

push the power button, I guess it turns it off, because nothing happens, push it a 3rd time, and repeats the cycle.

I get no video from either the display or ext video...

Did a Logic board swap, and same exact thing... no HD installed, and no Battery - just running off ac power adapter....

Tried Holding down P R Apple Option - 2x in a row, does it's thing where it resets the p-ram, (chimes again) but no dice....

Ideas?
