how many volts must this blue marked resistance ?
i have a charge problem . i To attach the charger reverse charge it is done no problem . but i To attach the charger straight it have no lights on charge cable . i think this resistance can be have a problem. i need this resistance volts . thank you for answers.

Those tan-colored components are actually capacitors, not resistors. In any case I highly doubt that's what's causing your problem.
