I have an original Macbook Air 1,1 running the current version of Snow Leopard. I have a retail copy of SL and don't have the original MBA disks (Lepoard?).

Can I use the Bootcamp installer app off the retail SL disk to install XP? Will it contain the correct drivers for the MBA and XP? If not, how can I do so?

Thanks.

Yes, because Snow Leopard supersedes Leopard.
