Using QuickBench 4.0 for a while, now I can post some very inspiring results !

My original MacBook Pro 13" mid-2009 Toshiba HD 320 GB

The same MacBook Pro 13" mid-2009 with a Seagate Hybrid Momentus XT 500 GB 7200 RPM

And yet the MacBook Pro 13" mid-2009 with a OCZ Vertex 3 120 GB SSD

Now my brand new MacBook Air 11" with Samsung 512 SSD from Apple

I can say that I'm quite happy with the SSD SATA III performance :D

SATA III is a huge upgrade, I can't wait to put an SSD in my 2012 MBP. Going from 40 MB/Sec to 350 MB/Sec is going to be insane.
