MacBook air 11" 2014 to rMBP 13"

I pretty much just got my 11" air recently, primarily for studying and light audio applications, been kinda nice so far but im just not sure if the screen is too dated and or its just too small!

Is it worth upgrading at all what are peoples opinions on the 11" it seems to be quite beloved over on the macbook air forum.

My wife has the air and loves it due to it's size.

However, having just got the 13" rMBP - it's only a little bit bigger, and still offers very good portability. The screen is so much nicer and great for reading on.
