Hey all. Just purchased a MacBook air 11" mid 2012 last week. After a few days I noticed that when the lid is closed, there is about a .5 mm gap between the top and the bottom front left corner. Is this something common with the airs? Is it worth returning within my 14 day warranty?

MBA gap

There is a rubber bezel that runs around the outer edge of the screen/lid that prevents metal from touching metal when closed. On my 13" this creates a minuscule b(ut even) gap all the way around when closed.

Yes, I know that. The rubber around the bezel is to prevent metal to metal contact. But on my machine, there is the slightest gap on the front left corner when closed that is between the actual rubber part and the aluminum base
