I have 18 battery cycles on my MBA. How can I tell if I have a good battery? Any guidelines or parameters?

Charge Information:

Charge Remaining (mAh): 5701

Fully Charged: No (87% per Activity Monitor as I write this)

Charging: No

Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 6818

Also, does Wifi go "off" when I close the MBA, or should I shut off manually to save power usage?

I am novice and not sure if I am asking a stupid question.

Thank you.

That's still really good, your battery should last about 1,000 cycles or so. Wi-Fi is automatically shut off unless you have Power Nap on, in which case your Mac will occasionally check for updates while it's asleep.
