I have a buyer that will sell a perfect condition MBA 13" 2011 for $1000
In your guys' opinion is that a good deal at that price? Thanks!
 
$300 less than retail, I say go for it.

EDIT: I accidentally a word there.
 
I just bought mine for $925 on CL, but I don't think we was an experienced seller. I think 1k is a good deal.
 
Wel im planning on upgrading to a MBP if the high res does come true soon, it also comes with a hard case so i think that I can get atleast $950 in 3-4 months?

doesn't come with a box though just a case

Did you fully test the computer? Does it come with the original receipt? Are you sure it's not stolen?
 
yeah, im pretty sure its not stolen, I don't think he has the original receipt but a $1000 seems like a good deal for a 13" air?
 
personally i would want to see a receipt from the shop, or failing that a credit card receipt or bank statement for the payment. Id also want to see the original box, just because i think people that care for their things are the sort of people who keep boxes. ergo a box means a cared for machine

A new 2011 MBA 13" (MC965LL/A) is $1235 from a lot of different authorized online resellers.

You would be saving $285 for a 2 month old computer. It doesn't seem like a bad deal.
 
yeah i think so, its $285 with the final price so he doesn't have a box

well its all good with me, i'd prefer a high res macbook with IB since my desktop is for heavy work
