MacBook Air 13 - Is there a size difference with "New" one?

I live in a place where there aren't many (any!) stores that sell cases for the MacBook Air. ("IPad, IPad, IPad" -as Jan Brady might say.) Browsing online for a case/cover for my mac air 13 - I see that some of the cases say they will only fit the 'New' Macbook Air??? Is there a difference in the size of the mid-2011 and mid-2012? (Silly me - I still consider my circa July 2011 'New')

Anyway - Shipping to this country is expensive, long arduous and I can't easily return.. so I need the case to fit first time around. Thoughts - on ensuring I get a the right case??? (is there really a size difference or perhaps just a port???)

The 2011 and 2012 MBA laptops are all the same size, both 13 inch and 11 inch.

Late 2010, mid-2011, and mid-2012 MacBook Air are all the same size.
However, the ports in 2012 move a bit. Therefore some old cases would block the ports.
