Hi,
I have a Speck Smartshell Satin case installed on my MacBook air 13" 2013. I have had trouble removing in the past, so much so that the case actually cracked and I had to return it for a warranty. I can remove the bottom piece, but the top piece proves to be troublesome, especially on the top clips.
Anyone have tips for removing the top piece from my screen without damaging the notebook or the case (videos have proven to be unhelpful, as I follow their instructions and prying it off just doesn't work.)
Thanks.

That's bizarre. I use it for my MBA 11" and have no problems removing the top part, it's quite flexible (I'm on my 2nd already btw, the first one cracked after a year of abuse), it's the bottom part that's sometimes quite problematic.

I usually just close it halfway through and start with the top clip (the big one) then kinda work on the ones on the sides, but the order usually doesn't matter.

Maybe you got another defective one? :\
