Macbook air 13" window problem

Hi I have a 2014 macbook air 13", and my problem is that everytime I start my computer I see this window pop up of nothing and don't know how to remove it, can anyone help me?? any step by step I can take? I took a screenshot

Do you have anything set to open at logon? You can find out under Accounts in system prefs.
