I'm figure, just take it back to Best Buy and get a new one or a refund and go through Apple. I have total tech at Best Buy which gives me Apple Care on all Apple purchases.

If it doesn't come on after the 5th or 6th try, leave it plugged in overnight. If it is still dead in the am, return to BB and get a new one. You do to want them to repair the device. You want a new device at that point in time.
