Macbook Air 2012 - Battery stuck at 100% only on OSX or Recovery

Hello, my MacBook air 2012 is charging normally when outside OSX and Recovery, ie the MagSafe light cycles normally between orange and green and its confirmed to be charging.

Once it reaches the login, MagSafe turns green and stops charging.

I've tried by booting Linux and charging works normally.

Attached a photo of the battery charging and correct %, I have others in better health but they all exhibit the same behaviour.

OSX reinstalled a few times.

Any idea?
