Macbook Air 2012 Recovery

Hi, I just bought the new mba and I have the wi-fi issue. I went to the retailer and they told me to format it. After I format it, I used the internet recovery however it is stuck in the globe turning round and round with no bar or wi-fi selection. What should I do?? Wait or what??
