I run a mid 2012 11 inch macbook air.
It's using intel HD graphics 4000 and on mavricks.

I recently bought the SAMSUNG 28" UHD 4k monitor.

For some reason, everything is super tiny on the screen. I have a mini display port adapter, so I'm connecting it to thunderbolt using that via HDMI.

I even tried to use SwitchResX, but can't seem to figure out how to configure it. I did find the 3840x2160 option, but it's at 60hz. What do I put for the pixel clock mhz?

Does this mean I can't push 4k out? The screens are so pixelated and tiny. Not sure if I should return the monitor.
