Hey guys,

I am super attracted to the new MacBook but in every video on Youtube you hear that it's not a 'power horse.'

Obviously, it is difficult for people to judge other people's usage and therefor, make a suggestion on buying or not buying but, I wanted to know if anyone has experience or an idea about this comparison:

Right now, I am working and using:

MacBook Air 13 inch, 2013
1.3 GHz Intel Core i5
4GB Ram

Everything I do with it runs super fine and smoothly

Compared to the new high-top 1.3 GhZ MacBook..how do you guys think will my usage and happiness be? I only use it for Netflix, Evernote, Safari, Documents in Pages and Keynote as well as streaming Music and PDFs.

Your pocket book will hurt for the 1.3. If that's not a concern then get it. It will do all that stuff fine my, my lowly base model can, so I say get it.

I think you might notice speed differences with the rMB PCie SSD and the 8GB of RAM.

That said, since you already have a machine that is by no means outdated for what you do, you might have the luxury of waiting another year for the next model.
