Macbook Air 2015 Colors Washed Out Is it normal?

Just got my 2015 11inch mac air...
i found that color is really washout compare to Imac late 2012..
is this normal? anything i need to change to improve color?

Firstly, check you have an LG display (LG displays for some odd reason are a little washed out)
1) Open Terminal
2) Copy and paste the command:
Code:
ioreg -lw0 | grep IODisplayEDID | sed "/[^<]*</s///" | xxd -p -r | strings -6
3) Hit Enter
4) Read the output, if you have LPxxxxxx, then you have an LG display

Once you've made sure you have an LG display, you may add a custom colour profile, this is what will sharpen up your display:
1) Download the custom colour profile: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7269253/CustomMacRumors.icc
2) Go to: /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Displays/
3) Copy the custom colour profile to that folder
4) Open System Preferences and find Displays
5) Go to the Color tab and select the second “Color LCD” profile in the list (the top-most Color LCD profile is the default), you should see an immediate change

Just got a 13" 2015 model with a Samsung panel (lsn133bt01a02). Using the default color profile now. Colors seem ok as far as contrast but detail seems to be crushed in the black. Has anyone here done a hardware calibration for this particular panel? I've tried a few color profiles out but there doesn't seem to be many for this particular (more recent?) panel. If anyone has one that works, I'd be interested in checking it out. :)

I tried to calibrate the default color set... It seems better now...
Still wash out but a little better...
I love my MBA 11... It can run my ragnarok using wine flawlessly....

It is normal. MacBook Air has the worst screen out of all MacBook. This issue has been raised many times in every single review since 2012.
