Does anyone know when non-Apple stores that usually stock MacBook Air's will usually begin to see stock available?

In the UK both Curry's and John Lewis have the 2020 MBA's advertised as 'coming soon' and both online chats have confirmed they don't know when these will go on sale.

The reason I ask is that I have a ******** of vouchers that I'd like to use to get a MBA from John Lewis but don't want to be waiting months and months!

They are normally in stock very shortly after release by Apple, but given current circumstances (and the fact that Apple are probably shipping loads of online orders due to lockdown), I thought there would be a delay with JL, so I ordered direct from Apple.

Looking at current shipping times for people ordering direct from Apple, most orders are shipping before the end of April, so maybe JL/Currys etc might see some stock after Easter?

How infuriating! Still have a week and a half to wait to get my MacBook Air from Apple (ordered on 23rd March) but could order one from John Lewis today and get it delivered tomorrow! Ah well...

Space grey 25gb available from currys

Space grey 512gb model available from their ebay store;

I was waiting for stores to have stock, but this morning I logged onto Amazon and noticed that they're offering over £100 off the 512GB models.

So I'm happy to wait if I save a little!

Looks like the i5 model in space grey is sold out again from those places so I guess its just very limited stock coming through.
