Macbook Air A1465 won't power up

I bought a used macbook air a1465 this week. I plugged it in and started using it on power it already had. It then died and I realized that the light on the magsafe charger wasn't on and wasn't ever on. I let the laptop sit for a while and every few minutes it would start to power up but then die after 2 or 3 seconds. I tried PRAM and SMC resets and it would do the same thing, it would start to power up and then die again a few seconds later. I bought a new charger and nothing changed. Sometimes if I hold the charger in a certain spot it will start to power up again and then die. I have tried multiple chargers, outlets, warming the charger and everything else I could find online. Any ideas?
