Macbook Air A1466 2015 Freeze after Boot

I Have an old Macbook Air model A1466 from 2015 that freezes after boot.

It all started after water damage and the install of a new screen.

Normal boot shows login screen, sometimes a cursor for a few seconds and the freezes.

I tried all solutions on reset PRAM and SMC

It tried another logic board
I tried a new IO/Power module
Switched keyboard and Touchpad
I switched SSD drive (128Gb)

I tried all recovery options
Command + R doesn't work
Option-Command-R boots then freezes on wifi selection
Option-Shift-Command-R boots then freezes on wifi selection

I'm looking for suggestions towards a possible solution
