MacBook Air A1466 dead just green charger light on

Hi just wondering if anyone can guide me please I have a MacBook Air A1466 which is dead just green charge light only. Took logic board out and connected charger to it fan dosnt turn at all checked voltages
Ppbus_g3h is there 16volts
Ppbus_s5_hs_computing_isns is there
Ppbus_s5_hs_other_isns is there
Ppdcin_g3h_isol is there
Ppdcin_g3h is there
Pp3v42_g3h is there
Ppvrtc_g3h is there

Pp5v_s5 missing
All other rails seem to be missing anyone with any advise to which rail I need to chase first toget all other rails up and running? Many thanks the board is a

I think you made a mistake. PPBUS_G3H should be 8.56V if SMC is running. You should make a visual inspection of the board. 90% of the time, problem can be spotted visualy.

Try measuring voltage PP5V_S5 on cap C7505? Is this voltage pulsing? Whn power is removed from the board, measure C7505 against the ground with multimeter in diode mode. What does it say?

16.1 volt is on both pin 1 on C7130 and C7131
ppbus_g3h reads 8.1 volts

pp5_s5 reads 0.01 volts if i measure in diode mode no power connected it reads .424 with positive red probe to ground and black probe to pin 1 of c7505
if i put black to ground and red to pin 1 it reads 1.843 and counts up to OL in a few seconds
