Can anybody try out this method to see if TG Pro fixes the MacBook Air jumping to 100*C?

Essentially it’s bumping up the resting fan rate to around 20% (or before it’s audible) and seeing if that prevents overheating in the first place.

Guide: Stop Burning Your Lap | MacBook

I’m aware the heat sink is disconnected but perhaps a faster fan will still help pull heat away faster.

The problem I see is the MBA standing fan rate is Zero, and I think this would be a killer on battery if you are always running the fan?

I am not having any heat or temperature problems but this looks useful for the larger laptops that have bigger batteries and the fan always runs.

I believe it is $20 just for a one week trial? Is that true or did I misunderstood?

I did not know that about the MacBook Air... ty...

Free trial then $20 after it expires. Snagged on sale for $10.

In the video , when the person turns on Autoboost instead of Automax, he is insisting to use Autoboost feature. But in the actual software, if we turn on Autoboost, a warning message is displayed in the side stating that this may damage the hardware in the longer run. A bit confused what to do here
