When I plug the power adaptor into my 2010 13-inch Macbook Air, it doesn't charge. At the top of the screen it says "Battery Is Not Charging", and the light on the charger is green.

The weird part is the info says the condition of the battery is normal? It simply will not charge. I'm okay with having to plug the computer in to use it, but if I do that, should I remove the battery? I can't afford to get a new battery right now.
