Macbook Air battery, sudden shutdowns after Sierra

I have a 2012 Macbook Air with its stock battery. Obviously it has aged, but recently (after updating to MacOS Sierra), it is shutting down when the indicator still shows about ~10-15-20% left. And of course when I charge it, it was drained. I never had this issue when I was still on El capitan. The condition still says "normal."

Any ideas?

Try a SMC/PRAM reset....if that doesn't work, it might be at the end of it's loading cycles.
