Hi, can you spec me a Macbook Air or Pro to be used for go pro video editing?
 
It depends on the quality and length of the video.

I probably won't edit 4k on the rMB but 1080p should be fine.

The encoding times would probably be longer on the rMB but if you are not doing it professionally I don't really see that being an issue.
 
I'd choose the Pro for the larger screen and get the largest SSD you can afford as it will fill up quick..

13" Retina MacBook Pro is fine, of course the model you'll be buying would be dependant on how much storage space you need. If you can easily put up with 128GB then the 13" rMBP would be more than adequate.
