Macbook Air Power Button

Hi all,
im new to mac.
i have just purchased my mac air yesterday.
and thrilled.

i just have one little problem.
the power button doesnt light up when i press it. is it the same for all mac air.
or is it just mine's problem???

don't worry: the power button is not supposed to light up. There is a light blue located on the lower right hand side of the alu shell blinking at boot and/or when the MBA is idle/sleeping.
