When will Apple replace the MacBook Air 13.3-inch? What are they going to replace it with?

Will Apple update the internals and keep everything the same?

Below are some options
- Update the internals and keep everything else the same

- Update the internals, keep everything else the same, and change the ports. (Have USB Type-C instead)

- Update the internals, keep everything else the same, change the ports. (Have USB Type-C instead), and have a minor design change(A slightly thinner design)

- MacBook 12-inch with 128GB of storage and 4GB of memory

- MacBook 12-inch with 128GB of storage and 4GB of memory and release a new model of the Current MacBook 12-inch with a screen size of 13.3-inch (it will have the same or better specs that is found on the Current MacBook 12-inch)

What is Apple going to do to replace the MacBook Air? When will Apple replace the MacBook Air? What do you think will most likely happen?

They did update the 13.3" MBA in June, although it was a minor processor bump on the base i5 processor.

That said I don't think we will see any further updates to the MBA line. It will likely be discontinued in 1-2 years by which point Apple will probably offer a cheaper MacBook and/or a further price reduction in the base 13" MBP.
