Macbook Air resetting itself.

Hey

I have a REV A Macbook Air and I experiencing some strange behaviors with it. In short the laptop just resets itself with no warning, in some cases it switches itself back on like a restart and some cases it stays switched off. Once the laptop has rebooted the clock is reset to factory and the wifi is reset to factory.The only changes to the laptop are a aftermarket charger from ebay.

Im not sure how to even start to diagnose the problem so any help would be really gratefully received.
