Macbook Air Screen Assemblies – same for MC504LL/A and MC965LL/A?

Hi,

I need to get a whole new screen assembly for my Macbook Air 13" (Late 2010), model number MC504LL/A.
I have found various sellers of the part, but most screen assemblies say they are for MC965LL/A (Macbook Air 13" Mid 2011 I think), but some sellers say that the same screen assembly fits both models.

I just want to know if anyone can confirm 100% this is true: it's the same screen assembly for late 2010 and 2011 models of the Macbook Air 13"?

I don't know for sure, but there may be some slight differences in cabling and connectors. Apple is known to change connectors from year to year to prevent a rebuilder market. I would check ifixit and see if they say about the 2011 model changes.

Ah, good idea to look on ifixit.

Would would seem to imply that the same screen fits both models.
