Macbook air - showing forbidden symbol while installing Mac os Sierra

Hi,
I bought my MacBook air in year 2016.

Recently it started giving problem and finally started showing a blinking folder symbol with question mark in it. I tried internet recovery, but nothing worked.

Then I made bootable usb drive of high sierra, but after selecting "install macos sierra" at the boot menu, macbook shows a progress bar, and after approx 10% completion of installation it shows a Forbidden symbol and go into restart loop with forbidden symbol at the end.

I tried resetting NVRAM, but nothing worked. Please help.

maybe SSD is falling? you can check other components by installing macOS directly on USB drive, if this will work, that's mean your SSD is gone
