macbook air speaker problem?

Hey guys,

I just bought a used 2008 model Macbook air on eBay. When I play music the sound is only coming from the right-side by the USB port. Is there only one speaker or is it possible that the left one is not working? (I have white macbook and the sound comes through the entire length of hinge between the display and keyboard, so I was thrown off by this.)

There is only one speaker. Enjoy your macbook air.
